Payment

Once the order has been reviewed and accepted, you will receive an email of confirmation. Depending on your invoicing address, you will receive an official invoice with banking details as PDF and PayPal invoice, if you are located outside SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) countries.

Orders of silver, order totalling less than 300€ or $500, orders made of stock hair and orders with exceptional delivery time or exceptional metal work will be payable at the time of commissioning.

Balance is invoiced when the item is ready to ship.

Bank transfers are made in Euros or in USD, depending on the invoicing currency.

PayPal inovice can be settled with your PayPal account, from your bank account, by credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Amex, Discovery) or by any credit or debit card acceptable by PayPal and in 29 currencies.

When confirmation of booking is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Schedule

Once the order has been accepted and deposit is paid, the metal parts are reserved from our stock or commissined from the casting shop. Casting process takes about 10 days. Meanwhile, the weave will be designed and woven. This, depending on how busy Nanna is, takes two or three weeks.

After four weeks from commencing the work, metal parts and weave will be put together at our workshop. When the item is ready, it is photographed, packed and declared to customs for export if necessary.

You will receive a notice with shipping tracking code when the item is ready for shipping. If there is a balance to be paid, invoice is sent as was done with the deposit.

Customs Information

You will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the goods reach your country.

Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after completion of the order and payment of possible balance. Items are shipped via your chosen method of delivery with tracking and need to be signed for.

Shipping fees include insurance, handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total value of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Secure payment

Payments are done by bank tranfers or by PayPal invoicing. We do not process credit cards on online purchases.

PayPal invoice can be settled by PayPal account, bank transfer and by major credit and debit cards.
