Choosing the item

Choosing the pattern

Hairs are set as the loom one by one. In order to have a visible pattern, individual hairs must have a colour difference. If the colour difference is not great, choose a pattern with larger colour fields, such as 'broad stripe', 'check' or 'flash'.

You can always choose ”Custom”, in which case we will contact you and suggest a pattern. If you choose 'Nanna's choise', we will choose the pattern to match the tail.

Define your specifics and save

Once you have chosen the above, write a short description of the colour combination or any other information you like us to have and click "Save". You can describe the pattern, describe an engraving or what ever your heart desires.

Important: Once you have defined the colour combination and other specifics, choose the weave style, size and only then add it to cart.

You can also let us know the names of the horses or send us a link to an image of the horse in your facebook page. Seeing the horse is alway nice for Nanna.

Proceed to booking

Once the item/s have been selected, proceed to shopping cart. Check, that the invoicing and shipping addresses are correct.

Choose the shipping method. All methods include tracking and insurance.

Agree on the terms and conditions.

Click on "Book your order" and choose the currency, if applicable.

Once done, you will receive a booking confirmation. Next:

Wait for our contact

Once you have chosen your item/s and booked your order, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail and instructions for shipping the hair.

We will instruct you on quantity, colour and length of the hair required as well as with shipping the hair. Different countries have different optimal methods to send the hair and we can instruct you about them.

If you don't need instructions, just mail the hair with a note. We'll sort it out for you.
